Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage survey submissions for the Project Great Place to Work Award – set up, test surveys, work with member organizations and individual countries to identify survey respondents and upload details on platforms and highlight any issues or risks related to submissions/surveys
Ownership of an external survey platform (emprizing) including review and input of data elements (e.g. employee data file), troubleshooting and working with third parties to identify system issues/questions
Identify ways to streamline and standardize awards & benchmarks survey/submission processes, where possible and relevant
Assist in preparing deliverables (e.g. status reports, meeting agendas, presentations, summary/notes, etc.) for key project meetings (e.g. MF Forums) or global talent meetings (e.g., Executive Talent Council, other leadership communications).
While the primary focus will initially be on supporting efforts related to the Global Great Place to Work program, the role will evolve over time as priorities shift to support other all-in or global talent priorities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Strong project management, time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills – including project time-line planning
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
Ability to multi-task and deliver components of multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment High level of tolerance and adapt quickly to constantly changing priorities
Ability to problem solve and manage multiple stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in survey development, external platforms or tools
